Destination Resorts Hawaii, Inc. has managed the condominium rental contracts in the six condominium villages (Wailea Ekolu Village, Wailea Grand Champions Villas, Wailea Ekahi Village, Wailea Elua Village, Polo Beach Club and Makena Surf) located in Wailea and Makena, Maui, Hawaii, since 1976. The Company also manages twenty- one non-rental service agreements for homeowners and is the management company for the Association of Homeowners at Wailea Grand Champions Villas, Makena Surf and Wailea Beach Villas (opened February 2006). Destination Resorts Hawaii, Inc. is one of 35 upscale luxury hotels, resorts and golf clubs in the United States managed and/or owned by Destination Hotels and Resorts, the fourth largest independent hospitality management company in the country.
