Fire Dragon Bistro Orient is the 21st century’s answer to the art of savoring traditional Chinese cuisine in a fashionably inviting arena and a shopping experience that blends the modern with traditional elements of Asian fineries. Executive chef, John Lo, hails from the upscale and popular national restaurant chain, P.F. Chang’s. The Fire Dragon menu is modeled along the lines of traditional “Cantonese Noodle House” food, where families gather to have a casual home cooked meal away from home. A blend of Chinese/Malaysian/Singaporean flavors create some of these delicious dishes: Buddah’s Delight, healthy vegetarian and/or fresh poultry lettuce wraps, Food for Thought, Dan Dan noodles, Dragon’s Breath, King Pao shrimp or scallops and Passionate Desires, Malaysian satay.
